Mold Maintenance

All customer molds are maintained and serviced by experienced mold technicians and by Journeyman Toolmakers at the Integrity Plastics' tool shop. They are cleaned, examined, and serviced after each run; and the customer is notified of any unusual wear or required repairs. Integrity Plastics guarantees all molds, which we build, to the volume standards corresponding to the tooling classifications established by the SPE/SPI.

• Fadal 15 hp VMC 3016 CNC Machining Center with optical 15,000 rpm spindle and 21 position tool changer

• (2) Tool layout/maintenance tables
• Climate controlled, fire protected storage facility
• (2) Ultrasonic parts cleaning tanks, one that will accept large mold plates
• (2) Starrett, pink, granite surface plates, calibrated
